Ranger's Game, Part I

On Father's Day weekend we visited Blake's brother, Chris, and his family in Dallas. Beckett had such a great time with his cousins and we were able to attend a Ranger's game!

First Time Fishing

One of Beckett's favorite things to do is to feed the catfish in Grandpa's neighborhood pond (Grandpa kind of likes it, too). The last time that we were there, Grandpa and Daddy decided to break out the fishing poles to see what they could catch. Beckett's favorite part was throwing the fish back into the water.

 

For some reason, Daddy didn't trust his fishing buddy.

Busy Week in SC

Here are several random pictures that I took during while during our visit to S. Carolina for my brother's wedding.

We got to watch Seth's baseball team play
for the championship. They won! 

Kaki and Grandaddy have a lot of trains at
their house (thanks to the Boone family!).

Not entirely sure what is going on here. 

Isn't this tie ridiculously funny? I told my sister-in-law to order the smallest
tie possible (I looked for a baby tie about a year ago for a different occasion and
couldn't find one anywhere. I was assuming that an extra small tie
would be about a size 2-4). Whoops....

Riverbanks Zoo

We love Riverbanks Zoo, so we always try to make a trip back when we are in town. It's so hard to see everything in one day, but we did the best we could.

Quick Charleston Trip

While we were home, we made a quick last minute trip to Charleston. Unfortunately, we weren't there long enough to see many of our friends, but we had a good trip. It was great to to catch up with the few friends that we did see and got to spend the day with my Aunt Linda. Charleston really makes me miss home. Maybe I'll kick the renters out of our house and vacation back to Charleston once a month ;)

Our Aunt Linda recently moved back to Charleston from New Orleans this year,
so were able to hang out with her on our visit. She always shares her
sweets with Beckett, so they are pretty good buddies.
